intuit partner platform - phpaggcat example.php is giving me a service unavailable error -

i'm trying connect intuit's cad api using phpaggcat library (https://github.com/pleslie/phpaggcat) when run example, i'm getting service unavailable error when run example.php file. stack ubuntu/php/codeigniter. thoughts on how debug this?

can please check if able call cad endpoints using opensssl generated keys.
