i trying install themes in wordpress , error occured - fatal error: maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in c:\wamp\www\wordpress-3.5.2\wordpress\wp-includes\class-http.php on line 953. this? not able it.

find php.ini file, , edit line..

max_execution_time = 30

raise 60 or whatever need. not sure of location of php.ini on wamp, remember can create phpinfo file view php configuration find source of php.ini.
