Safari won't play audio for Soundcloud widget, but for only 1 of the 3 files -

if play featured song, 'paradise' on top of main section in safari, start playing, no audio. else seems work fine, no sound heard (did troubleshooting confirm case, mute, volume, etc checked)

now, here's strange part. click on media you'll see same file embedded other songs. if click play on song, play audio normally.

so googled around, found stackoverflow question that's semi related: safari 6.1 won't play audio embedded soundcloud widget

so uncheck box , works, doesn't fix 2 issues have:

  1. i can't automatically users. nor okay give them instructions on how this, since shouldn't ever ever have mess browser settings make site work.
  2. why issue top embed/iframe? if it's 'saving power' or whatever, makes sense 2 out of 3 work.

some other notes:

  • i'm running safari version 7.0.2 (9537.74.9)
  • on 2013 mba 13" running mavericks
  • works fine in other browsers
  • the embed code 2 players (the 1 works , 1 doesnt) identical. see page source.

other question:

  • would having same objected embedded twice cause issue? if did, figure soundcloud's side , affecting browsers.

please help, im pretty stumped on this. if it's bug, i'll report apple, i'm not sure if yet. in advance insight!

this known bug, soundcloud provided page explanation on how make work. bad ux, - stated - there doesn't seem way make work automatically users.
