virtual machine - Openstack VM instance SHUTOFF after few minute -
for learning purpose have build openstack on virtualbox 2 vcpu , 4gb memory. installed , able start vm instances happened guest vm got shutoff status after few minutes. have google issue didn't proper answer. have check logs , didn't find suspicious.
how check vm console can see going on there?
where should check shutoff specific error logs, meant in file?

you can guest console on dashboard or command:
nova get-vnc-console <instance id> novnc if guest image redirects console messages (like ubuntu cloud image), can see boot messages on dashboard or command:
nova console-log <instance id> you may clues in /var/log/nova/nova-compute.log , in hypervisor logs (/var/log/libvirt/libvirtd.log qemu/kvm).
a possible cause guest can't boot on primary disk , stuck on boot sequence. try other images, the ones proposed in openstack documentation.
