c++ - keeping sdl2 and sdl1.2 on the same OS? -


i installed sdl 1.2 long time ago package manager , have installed source new sdl version (2.0).

do think safe keep both version on same os? need old versions other applications prefer have both..

ps on linux.

i think should fine, i've tried same reason (i needed use older version, wanted try newer one) , worked me, sure keep them in separate places , use 1 version @ time.
