exchange server 2010 - Add another mailbox to Outlook 2013 automatically -


i have peculiar request. manage our departments needs. 1 of things we share department's mailbox. so, way have setup department's mailbox shows proxy on user's mailbox, , have editor rights mailbox. however, in past few weeks, ran few technical issues workstations, , users had share computer. however, when share other open computer, still log in using domain account. said, wanted let outlook or exchange server decide mailboxes automatically instead of mailbox. currently, when log in domain computer, outlook resolves email account, , sets mailbox them. can make outlook or exchange server add additional mailbox when start outlook automatically?

if assign users full mailbox access via esm shared mailbox automatically appear additinal mailbox in outlook folder list, they're own user mailbox primary mailbox. please note if many users open same mailbox might maximum allowed rpc connections , users start failing access shared mailbom
