path - Javascript File Not Found, File extension has %22 Added for No Reason? -


i using both wamp server , school server, have javascript refuses run, looking mozilla firefox's debugger best i've been able determine either can't find or access file.

on wamp side of things "forbidden" when tries poke @ it: 

[00:53:56.653] local_host/myusername%27s%20homepage/japanese/js/myjs.js%22    [http/1.1 403 forbidden 1ms]

if use school server says "not found":

[01:09:26.683] http://users.faculty.myschool.ca/~myusername/japanese/testing.js%22   [http/1.1 404 not found 30ms]

however can verify file should be, however:

[01:09:26.782] http://users.faculty.myschool.ca/~myusername/japanese/images/kiniro-   mosaic.jpg [http/1.1 304 not modified 21ms]

i notice there's %22 file trying find, versus not there find, best can figure out.

i've been trying recreate file , stuff far windows concerned, valud js file...?
