cognos - how to use parameter display output as a value to calculate this value in other issue? -


i have made parameterdisplay calculate somedata timezone target , actual salestargets, report shows me value example (100%).

so need use 100% multiply in thing example (100% * actual target).. how can use output in calculation?

  1. go query.
  2. drag data item toolbox.
  3. assuming prompt name prmsalestarget, in expression write ?prmsalestarget? * actualtarget.
  4. give meaningfull name data item , drag report
