root - Android: how to add UPDATE_DEVICE_STATS -


i have question, need in androidmanifest.xml premission - update_device_stats, when put there, error - permission granted system apps how can solve error?

create own custom version of android, compile rom mod, , sign app same signing key signed rom mod.

or, root device , install app on system partition.
