Refresh a variable passed from django view to javascript -


i pass variable views.py file multiple javascript template , want refresh variable every time click on parts of window. loading variable views template simple enough, don't know how pass variable views send update templates.

you have via ajax. it's way able execute server-side view , hand data, json, used update javascript variable.

if you're looking way automatically update dom when changes in client-side data occur, highly recommend knockout.js.
