Implementing Single Sign On on Windows Mobile .Net Compact Framework 3.5 -


i have windows mobile application developed in .net compact framework 3.5 (c#), application runs in enterprise mode , want add remote authentication application, i'm thinking single sign on. following questions:

1- have suggestion single sign on implementation can added windows mobile application? so, authentication server used , modifications done application?

2- if 1- not technically feasible in windows mobile, have suggestion remote authentication solution implemented?

3- i'm thinking use either active directory or ldap store user credentials. can add sso ad or ldap? done in application add authentication in case?

i have not been able active directory work on windows mobile.

instead, created service running on our network authenticates using active directory.

i can call web service! (learned not many months back)

the username , password, believe, sent open text (not encrypted), ok our use.
