java - Android can't find files external device connecting second time -


i know long shot, i'm out of ideas.

basically, have motorola tc55 needs mail .pdf file temptale 4 usb (connected usb device).

the app working great, no issues there, here's catch. when temptale 4 connected first time, displays files in /udisk directory works great, if disconnect temptale , reconnect /udisk directory stays empty.

the phone doesn't recognise temptale usb device when connecting second time , instead displays message along lines of "the sd card can safely removed" temptale connected. i've looked everywhere files found.

the thing helps rebooting tc55, real pain in ass if you're going have every time before being able upload temperature statistics.

it's running android 4.1.2 , it's company phone can't root try coded (un)mounting magic see if helps.

any or ideas on how solve appreciated, because i'm baffled strange behaviour.

it looks temptale device not handling usb disconnect properly. if unmount udisk before disconnect first time?
