is possible alter playback speed of outputted audio “windows azure media encoder”?

i’m using “windows azure media encoder” media processor "wma high quality audio" configuration covert mp3 audio file wma audio file, works ok.
i’d speed track outputted wma file plays @ double (or x) speed, possible?

the feature existed in windows media encoder, called 'time compression'. description windows media encoder (search page "applying time compression content") makes sound ideal, never used can't how effective 1 way or other.

sox has simple tempo command line parameter "adjust tempo without changing pitch (wsola alg.)" preference use "windows azure media encoder"
